“ Popular impressive pub and restaurant that has a lot of tables both inside and out. The food menu is varied, with additional specials, and good dessert choices too. “ We had a lovely meal at the Talisman for my birthday last night. Really impressed with the service we received by Milly which made the whole experience even better. She was very personable from the start, had good knowledge about the beers, recommended food, was smiley and even served our pudding with a little happy birthday message. We also like the fact there was live music. All in all, we had a great night out and the food was good too. Recommend this pub! ”
“ Lovely roast dinner... crispy roast potatoes, cauliflower cheese was delicious and generous servings of vegetables/meat. The best part of the meal was the chocolate torte! Thanks to Annabel, our very helpful and friendly waitress. Nothing was too much trouble and despite being busy, she always had a smile on her face! ”

“ Was down for work and tried this place out. The staff were friendly the pub was immaculate and the food tasted amazing everyone enjoyed what they had. I had the mac and cheese with a side of triple cooked chips. The only thing i would say is that the portion size of the mac and cheese was smaller than i expected. ”
